This latest update [Dec.12 7:30PM] includes a better interface and a 'SmartSearch' option for much better search results. You can now search for a single ip or user too. Please incorperate a time delay option because the scan is too fast for my connection and causes me to get disconnected if I run it for more than a few seconds. (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
And the price is... loads of unnecessary traffic on the internet tantamount to D.O.S. to anyone on a slow link. That's the reason for using a server as a central point. Going "freelance" like this means you create traffic to people who have no interest in what you are doing. It may be good stuff to you, but it is also very inconsiderate. You should find a way of limiting your scans to people who want to share files... I know, you could use a server that people connect to... Do you see my point? This program is great but heres some constructive critism:
YOU need to learn to declare variables, every variable was a variant. you could boost the speed of this app by 40% by declaring variables and doing some other things.

I extracted the files to a folder I named MyKazaa but when I click the executible file all I get is the error message “Component ‘MSWINSCK.OCX’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.” What should I do? Darn. I cant get a list of files... Tried to do this earlier in Internet Explorer but couldnt see anything then either.. Is it me or have Kazaa/morpheus changed something to diable this?? (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)

i think you could increase the scan speed by using a socket array EG(check mor than one adress at a time using mor than one wisocks control )this code looks indepth and im not sure if it is compatable with the new kazaa 2.0* mabe you should take another look at your code and upgrade it..somtime if im not busy i will do this and re release you code 5 globes because its the only decent kazaa code on psc..thanks for the great app (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)

So far, kazza has managed to wiggle out of all lawsuits from the recod companys.One day they will not de able too. When they do, this may be a huge thing, you should make a site....... maybee even make a supernode dependant version. (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
It appears that Kazaa has modified thier code so that access to users' public folder is only available through the Kazaa client. Using a web browser, I am able to browse to my own Ip address over port 1214 and successfully see all files in my public folder, however, I get a blank page when browsing another Kazaa user's Ip over 1214. Could it be that I have not properly specified my Winsock Connect string containing the Kazaa username and password? (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
