Close the Window (Main) without any confirmation message. No need to open a new full screen Window or new popup Window. Both IE & NS scripts are written differently.

I'm getting error 'works within html help', seems like Microsoft improving their IE loopholes, everytime they release a new version. Because I had seen something like 'self.opener=null' and 'self.opener=this' working earlier for the same, but now this too dont work. So this code is obselete as of today :(

Tittle Joseph is right. Window does prompt this message of 'Works in Html Help'. But here is the easier method of closing IE window without prompt which I found at http://www.ozzu.com/ftopic901.html----
