overLIB is a JavaScript library created to enhance websites with small popup information boxes (tooltips) to help visitors around your website. It will provide the user with information about what will happen before they click on a link as well as navigational help. Not to mention that it looks cool. Right now you can download the latest version of my script, and it's a professional looking addition/addon to your site, and it's FREE!!

If you scroll down too much the message will be out-of-view, the farther you scroll down, the higher up it gets, if you go about 20
down, no message, i am a vb programmer, so maybe you can fix this, i already tried, and it didn't work too well, besides that good job.
