     This is a basic database system for the As Level. It demonstrates OOP, file i/o, printing, etc. Its gunna get an 'A' =)

Also, it is not a database system as the only data stored as far as i can see is the prices in a ini and not a dB

It is kinda a DataBase cos it stores Customer details + weights of consignments, prices, etc too (Customer.ini).
This is just a basic example, the 'A' would not only be for the program but for how well i performed in the exam. The previous one i got 101/106 (A). I'm not trying to say its better than any of yours, just one way of writing it.

Well I did this project too, and I have to say it was a bit more flexible. For instance, I used an IF/THEN statement like you did up to 12kg, then used an algo to validate and calculate prices after that because I figured that the company could change their policy in real life, so it would be more flexible this way. I'm only saying this because I noticed you had declared the prices in a huge list of if/then statements. I like the app otherwise.
