The Winsock.Net only transmit on Binary Mode? the Winsock.6 transmit also in Ascii.... We must do Allways a Conversion from Binary to Ascii???

that problem could be because you have a different version of .NET - but if you can see the source code, it works the same with bouth versions, so you can use it with your version of .Net.... Tanks!

Hi,
I found that i need to load the vb6 woinsock component in order to use this winsock. Is this a wrapper for winsock ? And when we deploy the application, do we still need to include the vb6 winsock control as well ?

This might be a very simple winsock code, but it clearly shows the difference between VB6 and VB.Net. Its great to any VB6 guys who needs to know how does winsock look like in VB.Net. (5 Stars from me)

what happen with me.
I can't run it. There is an error message = The Application for project 'D:\...\windowsApplication1.vbproj' is not installed. Make sure the application for the project type (.vbproj) is installed.
I run in Visual Studio 2005
