Very good work
I suggest the follwing to make it complete. Add Images ( both from local drive and an image URL)
View the html code (text mode)

Even though teher are many like this, yours standout as simple and properly presented. Above all works as downloaded without any editing

It looks nice, but I cannot fathom out, how to save or open file. Does the editor really work or is it a partial script?

Hi there. first of all, this code is only for editing an html code or a page as well. this is a CMS. i use this script in my admin site. here's how it works there: To edit a page from your site, you must have a link containing a unique id that defines the id of the page you want to edit. there is a hidden object in this code. try to use php keyword 'htmlspecialchars' and load your html code from your database or from a file, then it will display in the editor... however, if you want to save it. call the function that saves the page in cms.js that attached to this script to get the codes from the editor and put it in a variable and that's it, save the page using that variable in your database using the id or save it as a file using a filename. to delete the page, you just need an identifier, a page id if the page saves in the database or a filename if it saves as a file. try to make your own style with this script.

Thanks for your explanation. I will give it a try. Perhaps you could put this also into the zip with the script.
