Good code..but one question. When running this code compiled on a Win 98 machine without VB.net (has CLR though) the transparent color on the form does not work. Everything worked except the background form ransparent color. It was visible. Any ideas why this would happen?

For the Cain's... I read somewhere on the MSDN resources that transparencies will only show up in 2000 and higher. 9X will show it as Opaque.

If you are getting build errors check the VS .Net Version. This source code is for VS .Net Beta 2. You can create a new project copy the source code and try compiling in upper versions

When I build your code I received error message:
Resource tranformation for file 'Form1.resx' failed.
Please tell me how can I fix it.
Thank you.
