It is for Visual Studio 2003 ...
If you want .. you can set it work on VS2002 by changeing solution file version from 8.0. to 7.0. ( ofcourse, by editing .sln file )

I still couldn't get it to work by editing the solutions file.
VS gives an error about the project was created in a newer version of visual studio and It can only be viewed by that version.
Any help would be appreciated.
