I was into the whole MFC thing before I started into Win32, and I still don't really know how to effectively do dialog boxes in Win32... Oh well.

I started out with MFC as well. MFC is easy to use if you know visual basic. It generates the majoirty of your code, normaly makes big slow programs, thats why I dont like it. Platform SDK is cool, I got alot of examples on how to use it, just do a search for my name which is Jared Bruni . =)
