     Delphi EXE Icon Changer; I have noticed that there are fewer EXE Icon changing applications on the net. This project contains an icon changing unit (iconchanger.pas) That will swap the icon in the applications resource file where the default icon is placed. This unit has only been tested on Delphi applications. This example program that uses the paramaters in iconchanger.pas was created by Che.

Veru useful code...but I wasn't able to get it to work on any EXE. I didnt try it on many Delphi Progs, it didnt work on any of my asm or vb progs either.

A suppose a program like this would also have trouble with a packed EXE.

I'd be interested in seeing a more complete Icon changer.

thanks,
but the exe will need to have a resource for this app to target.
And it must not be packed.

If it is not working then, manually work with the paramaters like:

UpdateApplicationIcon('c:\icon.ico', 'C:\file.exe');

and c the results.
