Well....I learned some ColdFusion and I thought I'd post this little code to help when you have loads of information to show from a database, and you just need it seperated into pages.

Thank you for the well commented code. I have doing ColdFusion for awhile but had not yet had a time when I needed pagination until I started work on my current project. Your code was easy to follow and way easier to learn from than most of the tutorials I've seen on how to do it. Thanks again.

This project seems very interesting but it is missing files the CFPreviousNext.cfm is not included.

To Helena,
Rename dbpage.cfm to CFPreviousNext.cfm and run it (as it's being posted back to the same page). Remember to create the ODBC Data Source. The code will run fine. Cheers!

I was able to quickly adapt this to my situation. Don't get hung up on the file name "CFPreviousNext.cfm" in the example. Just substitute the name of your file for CFPreviousNext.cfm. For example, my file was books.cfm, so in all the href tags I used books.cfm instead of CFPreviousNext.cfm.
