Hi from Ben

I have a query, how can one tell if a program is in C++ or C just by looking at it and being at the Beginners level. Also, is there any software that helps you to convert a program written in one language into another, for e.g. convert a C program into a C++ program. Waiting for your reply soon. Thanks Ben (bensmithny@hotmail.com)
