Really good!
As C++ developer looking at C#, I was disappointed that .NET lacks direct support for Windows shell interface because using InteropServices is tricky. FolderNameEditor is not intended to be used directly from code according to MSDN, but why invent the wheel once more. With your class it is very easy to use ShBrowseForFolder in C#.

This is good, but how can I utilize this using ASP.NET? In my web application, I need to open a FolderBrowser. How will I do that?
