hi,
probably ur pic is in bmp format. if your pic is in jpeg, then convert to gif and try.

gif is optimized for plain color
jpeg is optimized for varing colors (like photos)

please convert it accordingly and post it

Right. Turn the pics into jpegs or gifs like 99% of the rest of the world, then you could upload. No big deal. Sure your tutorial is informative, but since most of us are just now really getting into .net, the pics in some sort of working fashion would of earned you some more votes.

The tutorial could be a little more... err... how to say it? "reader friendly", you know, an index, a few links for moving back and forth, maybe use more than only one html page. But the contents, GREAT!!
