Is it possible to add multiple users posting and editing their articles with their own passwords. Currently only admin can post and edit(all).

I have a personal question, how can I use PHP to respond a message to a HTML file? like, execute the error message handling at .php file, and display at the other .html file? please help

I have one question about posting an article from admin page: is it possible, to include the images? i tried with tags like {IMG}some image {/IMG}, but nothing. What can you say about this?
