The code goes through all files inside a directory, and uses metatags inside the files to create an article menu. By doing so it actually allows you to have a dynamic article system without using mySQL. |

Part of this code is from InteractiveWebGuys very nice File uploader/indexer, well most of it actualy, i just added a dynamic menu from the folder list the script resides in so the menu items are the names of the folders etc in the folders are your files ...(description truncated)(ScreenShot) |
