       This code allows a user to control the alpha blend value of a form at runtime. Really simple stuff, the code isnt commented because its self explanitory.        This example will convert any TImageList to 32-Bit, and this will fix various XP formatted icon problems. I found the conversion procedure online somewhere, and I am NOT its original author.
