This program makes a binary file out of HEX input data. The default
input format is:
XXXX: 00 00 01 01 01 # This is comment
XXXX: 00 00 00 00 00 Deletes eveythinbg after 3 spaces
Ie. There must be line numbers at the beginning of hex lines.
