       This script will reindex all tables on all databases on the server and then run consistency checks and backups for those databases. you can specify databases to be left out.

       Disable / Enable all referential constraints in the database, this is a very handy sp that disable all fk (for maintance with no FK errors ) and then ENABLE all FK again
