       This is a nice structured example PL/SQL stored procedure. A comma-separated value (CSV) Unix flat file is created from a table. A FOR loop is utilized instead of fetching from a cursor.

       This block illustrates a technique for putting your PL/SQL's execution into "suspended animation" until a condition has been met. The technique involves a loop, counter, and DBMS_LOCK.SLEEP ...all wrapped around the condition check.
