My background includes 10+ years of mainframe COBOL OLTP application programming, as well as 10+ years working with Oracle databases and applications. My Oracle experience has primarily been as a developer coding server-side PL/SQL to support Web-enabled (Jinitiator) Forms OLTP apps.
