Programming experience
I have worked as a developer in the commercial sector for nearly four years for a large international company. They have invested a lot of money in my continuous training and development to ensure my skills are both relevant and applicable to my role.
Ability to research and develop new applications
I have previously researched and written innovative software applications that have successfully aided in the development of new clients for my current employer through the improved use of data between internal departments and the application of client/server technologies.
Ambitious
With several years of experience in programming and product development I am now keen to fulfil my potential in a demanding and challenging role within a professional development environment. I have continuously pursued the studies of relevant technologies to ensure that up-to-date knowledge would help me achieve my future career goals.
Knowledge of Client/Server technologies
I have successfully implemented various software solutions based upon client server technologies. The most recent client/server application I developed was for my current employer, a web application for recording fees for consultants billing our clients. This required me to implement a web interface utilising my skills in SQL Server, ASP, COM and internet technologies.
