This code is barely intermediate. It is a text editor that has a couple of hard-coded templates in non-English languages (references to Algerian), and a few API calls, references to ShDocVw.dll to display previews, etc... If you've ever made a simple text editor in VB, you're better off just using Notepad to edit your HTML files, because this shows nothing new and can quickly grow into a headache.
