Our client requires expert level Java Programmers. Best technical type would be as follows: Java, J2EE, EJB,s, JMS weblogic, ,Oracle backend multi threading, messaging for banking industry.
They look for real smart Java types, they are quite flexable with skill set, but must have good core java skills.
Programmers may come from more of a Core Java background, as long as they are expert with moving into a J2EE environment.
Company uses Struts on the front end, they do around 10% front end the rest is server side and backend testing.
For this position 2 to 4 years experience over all, two years of which should be Java based.
